I am unable to format my pendrive or delete some files in my pendrive.So howcan i format my pendrive?

Solution:
Goto Start –> Run.Type Cmd & press Enter.Type the followingFormat/x J:
Here J: refers to your removable dsik drive letter.Press Enter.That’s it your unformattable pendrive problem is fixed.
