Go to Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network Sharing Center
Local Ar Network -> Properties -> click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) ->Properties
click use the following IP address -> enter this data: IP Address: 169.254.1.3 Subnet mask: 225.225.0.0
