How to Download Android Apps APK to Your PC

A developer named Redphx has developed a Google Chrome Extension. This extension allows users to download Android apk files from Android Market directly to their PC. By this system you don’t have to follow any tantrums over their Android Smartphone.



Although you can backup APK files from your phone using Titanium Backup (Root)/ES File Manager/Astro File Manager/MyBackup but you might need to have APK on your PC for various purposes. It’s tedious to download the app on your Android then transfer it to your PC.

Process:
First is to get all the requirements to download APK Files from Android Market to PCStep 1:
First download Google Chrome 17 and above.
Step 2:
You have to make sure the web browser’s SSL warnings are disabled After the APK Downloader Google Chrome Extension installation. Figure 2 shows how to disable the SSL error warnings.
Step 3:
Then right click, the Google Chrome Shortcut and under the Shortcut Tab, move onto the Target.




Step 4:
Finally you have to replace the Target path C:\Users\home\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Appliion\chrome.exe with C:\Users\home\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Appliion\chrome.exe –ignore-certifie-errors


Step 5:

Now Restart Google Chrome web browser by which you are done disabling the SSL error warnings.

Step 6:

Hope you alrdy have an Android Market account if you don’t have then plse crted one. Next step is to get Email ID that you have used in your Android Market account and a Device id. You will get device id as shown in Figure 4 system.

Step 7:

Now you have to Download and Install this Device ID Android app from the Android Market, this Android app will show you the Email ID (which is associated with Android Market account) and Device ID of your Android smart phone. This device ID is a 16 character long.
Now we are rdy to download Android apk files from the Android Market direct to our PC without using any Android smartphone.
Secondly Download Android APK files from Android Market to PCStep 1:

Login to your Android Market account.

Step 2:

Go to any android apps you would like to download.

Step 3:

At last click on the APK Downloader icon on the address bar and this will directly download the Android app (apk files) to your PC.
Finally the Android apk files are downloaded to your PC. Now move them into your Android Smartphon
